ABOUT ALISHA
I specialize in treating trauma, teens, and anxiety. I also have extensive experience working with couples, depression, and grief and loss. I absolutely love working with first responders, military, and their loved ones.
I believe that counseling is most effective when tailored to the specific experiences you have. This approach helps you by exploring symptoms as helpful tools to increase your own personal awareness. Through counseling, you will be able to learn more about your own experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment. It is in this environment that you can find meaning with your experiences in order to reach your fullest potential. For those who believe, I also incorporate Christian counseling practices and biblical understanding in sessions.
